Idaho Opportunity Scholarship

Recognizing the need for a well-educated workforce, Governor C.L. "Butch" Otter and the Idaho Legislature established the Opportunity Scholarship to remove barriers to higher education and prepare college/university graduates to enter the workforce.

The Idaho Opportunity Scholarship offers two paths depending on where you are in your education journey.

High School Graduates

Are you an Idaho student who is going to or has graduated from an Idaho high school in the past with at least a 2.7 GPA?

Adult Learners

Are you an Idaho adult returning to an Idaho college part-time or more (6+credits) after a break of at least 24 months?
