Students will receive an email confirmation of items received, missing items notices, and admission notification. Students are also sent a letter of admission.

CWI will accept 6th-semester transcripts for initial admission if they show enrollment as a senior.

These are not required for admission however they are encouraged before registration so CWI can evaluate them and make sure students do not repeat coursework.

The first round starts in February and goes through March. A second round starts in April.


Some scholarships do require a FAFSA however the priority deadlines falls after the scholarship application date.

Since only admitted students can apply, yes CWI needs official high school transcripts.

Online New Student Orientation starts April 25. We plan to have limited in-person sessions during the summer.

Current plans are to hold classes in person, however, this may change depending on changes in CDC COVID-19 Guidance.

All Summer 2020 will be offered online.

On-campus housing and food plans are not offered at this university.
